So, what do I engage with during that minute? Scrolling through social media or watching mindless videos can set a negative tone for the day. Instead, I view a one-minute video that I created—a vision video encapsulating my aspirations.

You might be familiar with the concept of a vision board, which serves as a tool to manifest your desires by providing clarity and forming a vivid mental picture of your goals. A vision video functions similarly, but it combines all the images into a dynamic format.

Subsection 1.1.1: Creating Your Vision Video

To create your vision video, follow these five straightforward steps:

  1. Browse Pinterest to gather images that inspire you and reflect your life goals.
  2. Use a video editing application (I prefer Vllo) to upload these images. Aim for around 20 pictures, each displayed for three seconds.
  3. Add affirmations to each image that resonate with your aspirations (e.g., "I am living a life I love" or "I attract wealth effortlessly").
  4. Record a voiceover of yourself reading these affirmations to accompany the visuals.
  5. Download the completed video and watch it every morning, reciting the affirmations aloud as you do.

If you have a few extra minutes in the morning (which is likely), consider watching it multiple times for enhanced impact.

After waking up, I often find a moment in the bathroom to play my video on repeat. While this may seem a bit unconventional, the positive outcomes of this simple habit are immeasurable.
