Elevate Your Vibration: 3 Essential Steps for Transformation

Written on

Understanding Your Energetic Body

For much of my life, I resided in a state of low vibration. My thoughts became my captor, perpetually igniting negative feelings and responses within me. I found myself easily triggered, whether by an unkind comment or a lingering disagreement, causing my mood to plummet. These negative emotions would shift my energetic state, trapping me in a cycle of low vibrations.

Everywhere I turned, triggers awaited: the distressing news cycle, melancholic tunes on the radio, or an unkind cashier. These experiences left emotional scars on my energetic body, scattering my energy and obstructing my true self-expression. As my energy became fragmented, my mind would dwell on past experiences, leading to feelings of nostalgia or sadness.

This repetitive cycle of awakening only to be triggered kept me anchored in a low vibrational state, depriving me of peace, joy, and love—higher vibrational experiences. Raising our vibration involves elevating our consciousness and aligning with higher energy frequencies.

Once I comprehended that everything is energy vibrating at various frequencies, I began to understand my emotions and thoughts better. By setting conscious intentions, I found I could shift from one vibrational state to another by simply recognizing the energetic body.

The energetic body consists of channels, centers, and energy fields that impact our physical, mental, and emotional health. Engaging in practices like meditation, prayer, energy healing, or yoga can help us balance and harmonize this energy flow, alleviating blockages and fostering a sense of vitality.

When our energetic body achieves balance and harmony, energy can flow freely in and out, enhancing our overall well-being.

In the video "12 Ways to Raise Your Vibration + Frequency ⚡️," learn various strategies to elevate your energetic state and embrace a more fulfilling existence.

Healing Emotional Wounds

Some emotional wounds linger until we confront their root causes. Without addressing these issues, raising and sustaining a higher vibration becomes unattainable.

Achieving a sustained high vibration demands profound inner work. It extends beyond merely participating in yoga, meditation, or healthy eating. Although these activities may offer temporary relief, their effects are often short-lived.

For example, an invigorating gym session or a relaxing bath with soothing incense may elevate your mood momentarily, but they often fail to tackle the deeper layers of emotional turmoil. Engaging in these surface-level activities might lift your vibration temporarily, yet a single trigger can easily drag you back down.

To genuinely raise and sustain your vibration, self-reflection and recognition of your patterns are crucial. It involves confronting what you may have been avoiding and delving into the shadows of your mind to understand the factors causing internal chaos. This journey requires inner shadow work—an intentional exploration and healing of oneself.

While it’s normal to experience low vibrational days, acknowledging this as a natural part of the human experience is important.

The second video, "How to Raise Your Vibration," offers insights and practical tips to help you navigate challenging times while maintaining a higher vibrational state.

Self-Generating Thoughts and Emotions

Maintaining a high vibration when life is smooth is easy; however, the challenge arises when difficulties occur. Positive events naturally uplift us, while negative experiences tend to drag us down. Yet, we can alter this pattern by observing our thoughts without attachment.

Recognizing thoughts as mere constructs is essential. A negative thought, such as reflecting on how an ex-partner mistreated you, should not dictate your self-worth. Your value is not defined by how others perceive you.

We possess the power to generate thoughts and emotions that align with our desired experiences. By consciously evaluating and choosing our thoughts, we can either remain in low vibrations or elevate ourselves through positive thinking.

Instead of concluding that you weren't good enough for someone who left, you can affirm that they were undeserving and that you deserve someone who truly values you.

While it’s common to have unhelpful thoughts, it’s crucial not to dismiss them. Instead, transform or transmute these thoughts. When feelings of fear, sadness, or anger arise, take the time to identify their origins and deliberately cultivate thoughts that foster peace, joy, and love.

Through consistent effort in self-generation of desired feelings, you can become grounded and resilient, even amidst fluctuations in your emotional state.

The notion of instantly raising and sustaining a high vibration may be unrealistic. Despite progress in understanding your energetic body, healing emotional wounds, and nurturing positive thoughts, there will still be days when challenges pull you down. Recognizing this as a natural part of being human is key.

Raising and maintaining a high vibration calls for significant healing, conscious intention, resilience, and patience. Resilience allows us to bounce back from adversity; the quicker we recover, the higher our vibration remains.

Even the best among us will encounter difficulties, as low vibrational issues arise. However, the solutions we create are often high vibrational. For instance, reflecting on a painful breakup may bring sadness, but envisioning how the universe is preparing someone special for you can uplift your spirit.

A solution-oriented mindset is far more beneficial than dwelling on problems. While lamenting keeps us stuck, focusing on future possibilities propels us forward.

Patience is perhaps the most challenging virtue to cultivate, yet it is crucial in the journey to elevate your vibration. If past experiences were filled with negativity, it requires time and effort to learn a healthier way of feeling.

Impatience can lead to frustration when changes don’t happen as quickly as desired. It may cause feelings of anger or sadness when sustaining a high vibration feels challenging. Patience is essential as we train our bodies to embrace high vibrational thoughts and emotions.

When experiencing emotional fluctuations, remind yourself that this is part of the process. Staying committed to your journey, even through the ups and downs, will cultivate resilience and strength.
