Chapter 1: The Allure of Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are a personal favorite of mine, and I enjoy them in various ways. Today, they are on my lunch menu!
These vibrant tubers are not just tasty but are also more nutritious and fibrous compared to regular white potatoes. My go-to is often a simple mash made with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil—absolutely delightful!
If you're in the mood for a snack, try baking sweet potato chips with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a bit of high-fat butter or coconut oil for an irresistible treat. Trust me, you won’t regret it!
