Let me present my theory: Achieving financial gain through writing may seem unattainable. Selling books or even affording a fantasy island shaped like a dragon—fueled by tales of space werewolf nazis—might feel out of reach.

Okay, up to this point, everything seems relaxed and enjoyable, right? But now it’s time to bring in a bit of…oh no…science.

Imagine you accept my assertion that writing success is elusive.
